Hà Vũ Hoàng
Mr. Ha Vu Hoang is the founding lawyer and has been leading Hoang Ha & Associates since 2010.
With about 20 years of valuable experience, Mr. Ha Vu Hoang has advised on and led numerous strategic transactions involving investment structuring, M&A, internal compliance, and cross-border collaborations for both Vietnamese and international enterprises.
Before founding Hoang Ha & Associates, Mr. Hoang served as Managing Partner at CK Law Firm and as legal counsel at Bizlaw Vietnam and InvestConsult Group – roles through which he built a strong foundation of experience within dynamic commercial legal environments.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hoang is the lawyer of choice of many domestic and international clients, particularly investors from Japan, the United States, Singapore, and across Southeast Asia – serving as a trusted legal bridge in their market entry, integration, and business expansion in Vietnam.
