Ms. Giang is a highly experienced professional with extensive experience in foreign investment in Vietnam, including advisory work on specialized projects such as:

• Advised export processing enterprises on investment projects located in industrial zones across Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Bac Ninh provinces; advised on the establishment of retail outlets in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi; 
• Advised on and handled legal procedures for capital reduction of manufacturing project in Amata Industrial Park (Bien Hoa); 
• Advised on and executed capital reduction procedures for a project manufacturing automobile and motorcycle components in Hoa Cam Industrial Park (Da Nang); 
• Advised foreign-invested enterprises on the establishment and operation of e-commerce trading platforms; 
• Advised on the establishment and carried out legal procedures for setting up representative offices in sectors such as software, trading, and chemicals for investors from Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and other jurisdictions.
• Led and conducted legal due diligence reviews
  for foreign-invested manufacturing enterprises, including the preparation of
  Due Diligence Reports.
