Ms. Bùi Nguyễn Thu Hiền has supported foreign-invested enterprises and domestic companies throughout their establishment, operation, and restructuring processes in Vietnam.

Ms. Hien has advised on licensing procedures such as business registration changes, capital adjustments, and head office relocation for foreign investors across manufacturing, logistics, IT, and industrial sectors. She has also assisted in M&A-related administrative procedures. 

Ms. Hien also has participated in legal due diligence reports focusing on environmental compliance, fire safety, labor, unions, and social insurance. 

Ms. Hien is experienced in drafting share transfer agreements, commercial contracts, and cooperation agreements, as well as advising on foreign worker permits and residency matters.
