Nguyễn Quốc Khánh

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh has accompanied numerous domestic and foreign investors in entering and expanding in the Vietnamese market. He specializes in foreign investment regulations, corporate law, and labor law, with strong expertise in complex cross-border transactions.

He has advised on major projects including the establishment of export-procesing  enterprises with Japanese capital in Bac Ninh and Dong Nai; capital reduction for manufacturing enterprises in Da Nang; establishment of employment service and labor outsourcing companies in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City; and licensing foreign-invested language training centers. He also has
extensive experience in healthcare-related transactions, including M&A for foreign investors in medical service businesses and licensing dental clinics in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Mr. Khanh is experienced in drafting and reviewing share transfer agreements, commercial contracts, joint venture agreements, and conducting legal due diligence for manufacturing enterprises. He also advises on labor compliance, employment contracts, and work permits for foreign employees in Vietnam.
